PICA·PAU Woodcraft considers customer satisfaction one of its main values. That's why we offer an easy, fast and flexible return and exchange policy, so you can feel comfortable with us every step of the way.
Below you will find a summary of the most important points regarding our exchange and return procedure.

You are eligible to exchange or return the product if:
- It is within a period of up to 14 days after receipt of the product .
- The product(s) and packaging are in the same condition as they were delivered and without any damage.
- Present a valid ID card and order confirmation email.
- Products you have received have visible damage and are reported within 48 hours of receiving your product. Photographic proof will be required for submission.
- Once you have already made an exchange, it is not possible to return it.
If you purchased a product at a discount, you may be eligible for an exchange or return under the following conditions:
- If the promotion is no longer active at the time of exchange, the difference in value will be calculated based on the price without the discount applied.
- In case of return, the refund of the return value will be made through a custom voucher valid for 1 year.
If you are eligible and would like to proceed with your exchange or return, please follow these steps:
- Please contact us via any of our official channels regarding the issue. When contacting us, please include your order number and other relevant information about your exchange or return.
- As soon as possible, we will respond to your request with confirmation of your eligibility for an exchange or return and provide more detailed instructions on how to proceed. After receiving our reply, follow the steps and send it back.
