- Hinges and Hardware: Guarantee against loosening or breaking of hinges and hardware components.
- Accidental Damage: Coverage for accidental damage such as dropping, crushing, or other unforeseen accidents.

What Is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover damages caused by:

- Misuse and Neglect: Exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or improper storage.
- Wear and Tear: Scratches on lenses, discoloration, or other signs of aging and normal use.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Any alterations or repairs done by third parties.

Additional Terms

- Shipping: We withhold the right to deny payment for shipping. However, we will most likely ship to your address free of charge if we shipped to your address the first time.
- Non-Transferrable: Warranty cannot be transferred to another party.
- One Pair Covered Per Warranty: Warranty only applies to one pair of sunglasses and cannot be combined or swapped with another pair.
- For Profit Sale: Warranty is meant to be used by the original owner and is not for the purpose of trade or sale by a business or for-profit entity.
- Right to Refuse: Pica Pau Woodcraft reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim for any reason it deems as suspicious or fraudulent.
- Warranty must be made at time of purchase or within the 14-day window after purchase. Warranties purchased outside of this window will not qualify for replacement.

What Happens Once We Receive Your Claim?
